Job summary

Heritage Bank NW – Mill Creek Branch is seeking a full-time bank teller to deliver exceptional customer service and handle routine financial transactions. You will promote bank products, maintain a cash drawer, and support branch sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6 months of customer service for Level I or 1 year cash handling and service experience for Level II, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. On-site schedule includes rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Level I requires 6 months customer service experience.
• Level II requires 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• DNA or Fiserv knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs routine paying / receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer in accordance with assigned Authority limits.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to the success of the team by sharing in all branch administrative duties as required and assigned.
