Heritage Bank NW in Olympia, WA is seeking a part-time bank teller to assist customers with financial transactions and to support branch sales initiatives. The role is fully onsite with a typical 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. schedule and potential adjustments for training or staff absences.

Level I offers $20.00–$22.88 per hour and Level II offers $21.00–$24.84 per hour, with consideration for qualification and experience. Strong English communication and customer service are essential.

Formación

• 6 months customer service experience required for Level I.
• 1-year cash handling and customer service in financial services for Level II.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes and refers bank products based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality with customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Assists with branch administrative duties as needed.
