Job summary

Heritage Bank in Longview, WA is seeking a part-time bank teller at the Longview Branch to deliver exceptional customer service, handle routine transactions, and support branch sales goals. This onsite role offers flexible hours (12:00 p.m.

to 4:00 p.m.) with travel within local counties and a base hourly pay range of $20.00–$22.88 for Level I or $21.00–$24.84 for Level II. Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer service experience or 1 year in cash handling, a high school diploma, and good

6 months customer service experience required.
1 year cash handling and customer service in financial services required for Level II.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Performs routine paying / receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer in accordance with assigned Authority limits.
Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
Maintains confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.
Complies with all policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
Actively participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
Contributes to the success of the team by sharing in all branch administrative duties as required and assigned.
