Job summary

Fastenal Co. invites a Part-time Sales Associate to join our Marietta branch at 100 Ellsworth Ave. This role focuses on B2B sales, customer service, and consultative selling to promote our inventory management solutions.

You will develop new partnerships and nurture existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting while supporting branch operations. Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a valid driver's license, strong communication and computer skills, and a drive to sell.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with eligibility to drive company vehicle.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Providing value through a consultative sales approach.
• Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting.
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
