Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for the Walker, MI branch to drive customer relationships and sales through consultative service. Responsibilities include supporting B2B sales, developing new relationships from referrals, and coordinating responses to customer needs.

Competenze

• Age 18 or older.
• Must have/ pursuing degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR have customer service or industry related work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Aptitude for sales and desire to sell.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Strong math, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25–50lbs up to 75lbs.
• Pass drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam) and background check.
