Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for the Tupelo branch at 801 S Green St, Tupelo, MS 38804. You will engage with B2B customers, promote inventory management solutions, and develop relationships through a consultative sales approach.

This role offers flexible hours (up to 28 hours/week) with shifts Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, driven, and able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license for local vehicle use.
• Currently pursuing or have a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations or related field OR related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong aptitude for sales, motivated and customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value through a consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
