Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our branch at 3688 S East Ave. You will support B2B sales, engage customers with a consultative approach, and grow your book of business while driving a company vehicle to client sites.

This is a part-time on-site role with flexible hours. You should be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be pursuing or hold a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, or bring relevant customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to drive a company vehicle where required.
• Possess or pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field or relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value with a consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads and referrals.
• Coordinate resources to meet customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
