Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for the Evansville, IN branch. The role focuses on B2B sales, customer service, and growing the customer base using a consultative approach.

You will travel to customer sites and support branch success with a hands-on selling mindset. Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a valid driver's license, and have or are pursuing a related degree or equivalent experience.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older and a valid driver's license.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations or related field OR relevant customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Sales-oriented with strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrates core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen where required.
