Fastenal Co. in Reno, NV is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to support B2B sales and deliver customer service with a consultative approach. You will promote inventory management solutions and build strong customer relationships at our 1155 S Rock Blvd location.

This 10–28 hour/week role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a drive to meet sales goals while upholding Fastenal's values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.

Formación

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record able to meet requirements.
• Pursuing a degree in Business/Sales or related field OR customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer-service orientation.
• Self-motivated and customer-service oriented.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail.
• Strong organization and prioritization.
• Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning.
• Demonstrate Fastenal core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork.
• Lift and carry 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value through consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
