Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate PT for the branch at 1823 S US Hwy 231. You will engage B2B customers, promote inventory management solutions, and drive business growth through consultative selling.

You’ll build new partnerships and grow existing relationships from leads and referrals, while coordinating resources to meet customer needs. This role requires a driver’s license and a willingness to perform local sales calls with company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Pursuing or holding degree in relevant field OR customer service/industry experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset and motivation.
• Strong math, detail orientation, and urgency.
