Job summary

CB Smart Recruit is seeking a part-time B2B Field Sales Representative in Illinois, capable of handling outbound prospecting and in-person customer visits. The role blends remote work with field activities across warehouses, distributors, and automotive customers.

Expect to identify opportunities, present solutions, and move opportunities to close while collaborating with an international team. The position requires 5+ years in B2B sales, strong new business development and cold-calling skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics/industrial products is a plus.
• Ability to work part-time, 10–15 hours per week, with field visits in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout Illinois.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and generate new sales opportunities.
• Visit prospects and customers in person to understand their operational and storage needs.
• Develop relationships with warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, distributors, and automotive-sector customers.
• Present warehouse storage and material-handling products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop the territory independently while collaborating with the international team.
