Job summary

CB Smart Recruit is seeking a part-time B2B Field Sales Representative to develop the Illinois market. The role is remote with field visits, totaling 10–15 hours per week, and includes outbound prospecting and in-person customer engagements.

You will identify potential customers, open new accounts, and manage opportunities through to close, with compensation including hourly pay plus commission. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity to help grow a U.S. territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics/material handling/industrial products is a plus.
• Strong new business development and cold-calling skills.
• Outside/field sales experience with in-person visits.
• Currently located in New Jersey and able to travel within Illinois as required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout Illinois.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and generate new sales opportunities.
• Visit prospects in person to understand their operational and storage needs.
• Develop relationships with warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, distributors, and automotive customers.
• Present warehouse storage and material-handling products based on customer needs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop the territory independently while collaborating with the international team.
