Job summary

CB Smart Recruit is seeking a part-time B2B Field Sales Representative to develop the Illinois market. The role combines outbound prospecting with in-person visits, targeting warehouses, distributors, and automotive-sector customers.

You will identify prospects, open new accounts, and manage opportunities through to close, working approximately 10–15 hours per week with remote and field-based engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics/material handling/industrial products/automotive is a plus.
• Strong new business development and cold-calling experience.
• Previous outside/field sales with in-person visits.
• Located in North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout Illinois.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and generate new sales opportunities.
• Visit prospects and customers in person to understand their operational and storage needs.
• Develop relationships with warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, distributors, and automotive-sector customers.
• Present warehouse storage and material-handling products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop the territory independently while collaborating with the company’s international team.
