Job summary

You will oversee service advisors, handle customer inquiries, and manage required documentation to ensure efficient repairs and high customer satisfaction while supporting profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening.
• At least two years as an automotive service writer or service advisor; manager experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of automotive technology and repair services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service advisors and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Mentor staff on sales and customer service best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Manage service department paperwork and records.
