Job summary

Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, seeks an entry-level, part-time team member to present consignments. You will sort, image, clean, label, and data-enter items, with some heavy lifting involved at Heritage Auctions headquarters south of Dallas.

Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with compensation based on experience. Requirements include a high school diploma, knowledge of paper money, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General knowledge of paper money.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter item information into the computer system accurately.
• Ensure all items are imaged promptly.
• Prepare items for auction (sort, clean, label).
• Ship orders after auctions and process remaining items on site.
