Job summary

Heritage Auctions in Texas is seeking a team member to present consignment items, sort, clean, label, and enter property information into the database, assisting with client pickups after auctions.

This role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel; benefits include medical, dental, and 401k. Prior experience preferred; on-site position near Dallas/Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pre-auction: enter item information into the computer system and image items.
• Post-auction: prepare orders for shipping and ship items promptly.
• Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received.
• Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues.
• Other duties may be assigned.
