Job summary

Heritage Auctions is seeking a hands-on pre-auction assistant in the Dallas area to help prepare consignment items for bidding. You will image, sort, clean, label, and enter detailed item information into the database, supporting the auction team and clients through the process.

You must be able to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and lift up to 50 pounds daily while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pre-auction tasks: Enter item information into the computer system accurately; Ensure all items are imaged promptly; Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction; Must be comfortable with the day-to-day heavy lifting of comics.
