Job summary

Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, is seeking an entry-level, part-time team member to handle consignments. You will sort, image, clean, label, and perform data entry, with some heavy lifting involved.

Based in the Dallas area, the role supports pre-auction tasks and shipping preparations. Compensation is based on experience and will reflect part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General knowledge of paper money.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter item information into the computer system accurately.
• Ensure all items are imaged promptly.
• Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction.
• Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting.
• Prepare orders for shipping in compliance with established procedures.
• Ship orders immediately after auctions.
• Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received.
• Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues.
• Other duties may be assigned.
