Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

You will serve as the primary care provider with a dedicated NP/PA support, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across LTC settings. The position is part-time (1 day per week) in Holyoke, MA, offering a total annual compensation of $50,000 to $60,000 and benefits including PTO and malpractice insurance, with opportunities to mentor NPs and PAs and collaborate

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for NPs and PAs.
• Willingness to work on-site in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for SNF residents and manage medical care.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
