Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Minnesota. You will be the primary care provider with a dedicated NP or PA supporting you.

This part-time role focuses on comprehensive patient care, rounds with the team, management of acute and chronic conditions, and adherence to regulations. Board-certified LTC experience and strong leadership are required; compensation is $50,000–$60,000 per year.

Competenze

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Prolonged standing and walking on facility floors; ability to navigate multi-level buildings.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans with residents and families.
• Maintain medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists.
