Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. A dedicated full-time NP or PA will support you in this role, collaborating to provide excellent patient care.

You will serve as the primary care provider, guiding treatment plans and ensuring high-quality care, with a part-time schedule and a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Ability to lift minimum 20 pounds and stand 6–8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions for residents.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
