Job summary

Acima is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales and account management at our retail partner locations. You will drive growth via in-store, web, and partner store channels, and educate customers on leasing options and the application process.

Qualifications include 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and the application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications that include in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in operations and reporting to Store Manager.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment to reduce turnover.
