Job summary

Family Dollar in Monahans, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will support merchandising, payroll and scheduling tasks while ensuring a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
