Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing duties, merchandising, and in-store policy adherence to maintain a clean, safe environment for shoppers.

The role emphasizes effective communication, accountability, and hands-on leadership to train and guide store associates while ensuring a welcoming experience for customers and a well-organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for retail impact.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged items, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
