Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform repetitive movement, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and communicate store-related information.
• Maintain storefront displays and promotional materials.
• Assist with ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling records, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and follow safety guidelines.
