Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

This role involves assisting with daily functions, merchandising, opening/closing procedures, staff training, and ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers. Part-time position based in our Georgia location; candidates with retail leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and staffing.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Help organize merchandising and stock room.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Support loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
