Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience in store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain stockroom and floor merchandising according to standards.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Handle payroll, scheduling and cash deposits as directed.
• Support loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
