Job summary

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandise flow, payroll and scheduling, and train Store Associates while upholding loss prevention and high standards across the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
