Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, organize stockroom, and ensure store areas meet company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and ensure a positive work environment.
