We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, assisting fans in finding their favorite merchandise. You’ll leverage your fandom knowledge to train new team members and support daily operations and sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide a memorable shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in as needed to support the sales floor and assist the management team.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Process sales transactions and promote add-on sales, including BOPIS and curbside pickup, while managing register operations and communicating shortages.
• Understand store sales plans, KPIs, and sales metrics such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Support store security and prevent theft.
• Help maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
• Contribute to developing a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

  What You'll Need
