Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 2 in Utah to support the Store Manager in hitting sales targets and developing a strong team. You’ll lead promotions, ensure operational excellence, and drive customer engagement while managing schedules and shrink.

You’ll work with a civic-minded, pop culture driven brand, promoting merchandise and promotions while building lifelong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication and recruiting abilities.
• Proven ability to develop a team and drive sales.
• Comfortable with merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals and store objectives.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and engage customers through promotions and promotions channels.
• Provide leadership to ensure an operationally sound store.
• Manage schedules, payroll hours, and shrink/loss prevention.
• Communicate trends and customer feedback with retail leadership.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop and motivate your team to be customer-focused.
