Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams, coach and develop staff, and drive sales while maintaining customer focus.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, scheduling, and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and store targets.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Promote products and promotions via social media and curbside pickup where applicable.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound store, balancing tasks, delegation, and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrinkage, payroll hours, and associate schedules to optimize labor and results.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Analyze sales data to guide strategy and improve performance.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and execute promotions on time.
• Develop and coach a loyal team of associates focused on customer experience.
