Cinemark USA, Inc. in Provo, Utah is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to help run the theatre and support departments.

You will be cross-trained to assist in all areas, coach team members, and ensure policy adherence while contributing to a high-quality guest experience. The role offers growth via Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completion and tenure

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local certifications as required.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and enforce policies.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Prepare reports for the General Manager and assist with scheduling.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Work across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
