Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager's decisions and communicates with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across departments.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Addresses safety issues and may coordinate repairs as needed.
