Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) basics.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre building, parking, landscaping, and equipment for issues.
• Enforce dress code and ensure customer service excellence.
• Report employee relations issues to the General Manager via designated channels.
