Job summary

A leading venue management company is seeking a part-time event Usher responsible for overseeing guest safety and providing assistance during events. The position offers an hourly rate of $11.00 - $11.50. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Event Services and affiliated roles.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
• Must be physically fit to perform essential duties.
• Strong knowledge of Alcohol Control Policies is an asset.
• Possession of valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and employees.
• Greet guests in a welcoming manner.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Assist with maintaining a safe environment.
• Inform fans of seat locations and provide assistance.
• Retrieve and verify fans’ tickets as required.
• Direct fans with special needs to Fan Services.
