Job summary

British Swim School is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead the daily operations of our aquatics program and ensure safety and curriculum standards are met. This part-time role emphasizes staff mentorship, lesson delivery, and excellent customer interactions with families.

You will recruit and train instructors, schedule lessons, and maintain certification records while fostering a positive team culture. This is a franchise location role focused on community impact and a high-quality swimmer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics, childcare, hospitality, fitness, or related field.
• CPR/Lifeguard certifications (may be obtained during training).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor swim instructors.
• Schedule pool lessons and staff shifts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records for employee certifications and compliance.
• Teach lessons and model customer service excellence.
• Build a positive, motivating culture for staff and students.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership.
