British Swim School is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead the daily operations of our aquatics program and ensure safety and curriculum standards are met. This part-time role emphasizes staff mentorship, lesson delivery, and excellent customer interactions with families.

You will recruit and train instructors, schedule lessons, and maintain certification records while fostering a positive team culture. This is a franchise location role focused on community impact and a high-quality swimmer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics, childcare, hospitality, fitness, or related field.
• CPR/Lifeguard certifications (may be obtained during training).

The Position

The Aquatics Manager leads the daily operations of our aquatics program and customer service activities. You’ll ensure the British Swim School curriculum is delivered to brand and safety standards, manage and mentor instructors, handle customer interactions, and teach lessons.

This part-time role requires
a minimum of 20 hours per week and is pivotal to our early success, helping us deliver a world-class experience for our swimmers and families.

• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics, childcare, hospitality, fitness, or related field, specialized swim instruction credentials plus
• CPR/Lifeguard certifications (may be obtained during training)

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
