Job summary

British Swim School of Cleveland West Shore is seeking a Part-Time Aquatics Manager to lead a new franchise location. You will start part-time, overseeing the day-to-day aquatics program, instructor team, customer service, scheduling, and safety compliance.

You’ll gain hands-on experience while building the leadership and budgeting skills needed to run the program at a director level. This role offers growth potential, ownership from the ground up, and a chance to shape the culture and standards

Qualifications

Strong people and communication skills for supervising staff and interacting with families.
Ability to create and manage schedules for instructors and lessons.
Commitment to safety standards and accurate incident reporting.

Responsibilities

Onboard and manage aquatics team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Create employee schedules and pool lesson schedules.
Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents.
Teach and lead swimming lessons.
Ensure water safety standards and certifications are up to date.
Support customer conversations and uphold brand and safety standards.
Train, mentor, and develop a growing team of Swim Instructors.
Conduct ongoing training and performance reviews as the team expands.
Take on increasing ownership of program standards and multi-location coordination.
