We are launching a new British Swim School franchise and are looking for a Part‑Time Aquatics Manager who is ready to grow with us. This role starts part time, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our aquatics program and instructor team. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across instructor management, customer service, scheduling, and safety compliance, while also building the strategic, budgeting, and leadership skills needed to run the aquatics program at a director level.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants growth potential, ownership over a program from its early stages, and the chance to shape the culture and standards of a brand‑new location.
High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
A responsible, professional demeanor with the ambition to grow
Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface‑level swim lesson provider. We strive to make a substantial impact within our communities to combat the tragically high child drowning statistics. We invest in quality team members to teach our lessons with the mindset that we are two schools in one — a survival school first and a learn‑to‑swim school second. As a result, we can support our mission "to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer."
