British Swim School is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee daily operations, safety standards, and customer interactions within our program. You will manage the instructor team, train staff, and ensure ongoing development and competency.

You will monitor certifications, coordinate employee schedules and pool lesson timetables, and occasionally teach lessons to support operations. This franchise role emphasizes community impact and water-safety education.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
• Creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
