Job summary

British Swim School is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and ensure safety standards are met while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage instructor teams, coordinate initial and ongoing training, and ensure certifications are tracked and renewed as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to ensure smooth daily aquatics and service operations.
• Create employee schedules and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
