Qualifications

• Three years of accounting assistant experience preferred.
• Temporary, part-time role assisting the CFO.
• Duties include AP coding, processing, and filing.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable invoice coding and input in AIS.
• AP check scanning, processing and filing.
• Credit card charge coding in MS Excel, matching and filing receipts.
• Entering journal entries into AIS.
• Assisting Billing Manager with scanning and filing PO orders.
• Miscellaneous errands as needed.
