You will handle accounts payable coding, input into AIS, scan checks, code credit card charges in MS Excel, and enter journal entries. The role requires reliable transportation and may involve light errands; prior accounting assistant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of accounting assistant experience is preferred.
• Temporary, part-time position assisting the CFO.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable invoice coding and input in AIS.
• AP check scanning, processing and filing.
• Credit card charge coding in MS Excel, matching and filing receipts.
• Entering journal entries into AIS.
• Assisting Billing Manager with scanning and filing PO orders.
• Miscellaneous errands as needed.
