Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank deposits and manage stock of stationery.
• Maintain spreadsheets.

• Maintain vehicle registrations and related cards.
• Ensure technician access to company charge accounts.
• Balance inventory purchase receiving.
• Prepare monthly warranty reports and audit warranties.
• Audit subcontractor insurance certificates monthly.
• Handle sales tax reporting.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Complete miscellaneous projects and duties.
