Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in payroll processing or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
• Experience with retirement plan administration (e.g., 403(b)).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities independently.
• High discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: support semi-monthly payroll and timekeeping with confidentiality.
• Accounts Payable: review, code, and process vendor invoices; reconcile statements.
• Retirement Plan Administration: process contributions and distributions; coordinate with plan admins.
• QuickBooks and General Accounting: enter expenses, reconcile bank statements, close processes.
