Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Nonprofit accounting and payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll tax reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong customer service and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare weekly payments and reconcile credit card activity.
• Support biweekly payroll processing and reporting.
• Assist with month-end tasks, audits, and financial documentation.
• Provide customer service to vendors and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
