Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking part-time Ambassadors to help deliver exceptional guest experiences at Sesame Place. You will create schedules, track reports, train ambassadors, and manage daily operations to maintain food quality, sanitation, and guest service standards.

This role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and interpret graphs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection.
• Alcohol training test upon selection.
• Food Handlers test and maintain Food Handlers card.

Responsibilities

• Create ambassador schedules and Kronos reports.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Supervise and train ambassadors.
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Order and maintain products and supplies.
• Ensure food quality, guest service, and sanitation standards.
