Job summary

Contour is seeking a part-time Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to support check-in, boarding, ramp operations, and customer service at local or regional airports. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling baggage, gate information, and special needs passengers.

You will be trained across customer-facing and aircraft servicing duties, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining a professional demeanor and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months airline/aviation experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at check-in and gate.
• Check-in, rebooking, and special service requests.
• Handle baggage per airline policies and safety rules.
• Board and deplane passengers; assist unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs.
• Provide gate information and assist with general inquiries.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and monitor safety procedures.
• Perform routine ground service equipment (GSE) checks.
• Act as Ground Security Coordinator as needed.
