Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in airline or aviation industry is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticket changes, and rebookings.
• Assist with baggage handling and gate operations.
• Board and deplane passengers and assist passengers with special needs.
• Maintain safety and security of ramp area and comply with regulations.
